For small business

A CRM one person can actually run.

No implementation project, no consultant, no CRM administrator. Import your contacts, raise your first deal, book the follow-up — and have a working customer system by the end of the afternoon.

The situation

What usually goes wrong.

If none of this sounds like you, bizzMate may not be solving a problem you have — and we would rather you found that out here.

The spreadsheet has hit its limit

It works until two people need it at once, until you need to know what was said last time, or until the one person who maintains it takes a week off. Then it stops being a system and becomes a liability.

The last CRM was abandoned

Somebody signed up, spent a weekend configuring custom fields and workflow rules, and nobody opened it again. The problem was not discipline — it was that keeping it current cost more than it returned.

Follow-ups are the actual leak

Not lead generation. Not pricing. The quote that never got chased, the customer who said "call me in March" and nobody did. That is where the money goes.

Colleagues seated around a table in a bright open-plan office.

Small business

A system a small team will actually keep using.

No administrator, no implementation project, and nothing to maintain beyond the work you were doing anyway.

Set up in an afternoon, not a quarter

bizzMate ships with sensible defaults: a pipeline with real stages, activity types that match how people actually work, and a dashboard that is already useful before you configure anything.

Bring your existing list across with a CSV import — upload, map your columns, preview exactly what will be created, commit. If the preview looks wrong, fix the file and try again. Nothing is written until you say so.

The bizzMate imports screen where a CSV file is uploaded, its columns are mapped to CRM fields and the result is previewed before anything is committed.

One place the whole relationship lives

Every contact opens as a workspace: who they are, the company behind them, what is in play, when you last spoke, what you owe them next, and the full history of everything logged.

That is the thing a spreadsheet cannot do. It is also the thing that makes a business less dependent on one person's memory.

Follow-ups that survive a busy week

Every call, task and meeting is attached to the customer it belongs to, with a due date and an owner. Overdue work is separated from today's work, which is separated from what is coming.

The pipeline flags deals with no follow-up booked, so "I'll get to it" cannot quietly turn into never. That single flag is often the whole return on the subscription.

Reporting you will actually read

Won revenue, open pipeline, win rate, average deal value and how long a deal takes to close. Filterable by period, exportable to CSV, and traceable back to the individual deals behind each figure.

Not a BI project. Six numbers that tell you whether this month is working.

The bizzMate reports overview showing won revenue, open pipeline, weighted pipeline, win rate, average deal value and average sales cycle, with a twelve-month revenue trend and a pipeline funnel.

What changes

What you should expect.

Concrete outcomes, not a promise about revenue growth we have no way to make.

  • A single list of customers that more than one person can trust
  • A pipeline that is current because updating it takes one drag
  • Follow-ups that are visible until they are done
  • The relationship history still there when someone is on leave
  • Numbers you can defend, because they come from your own records

Frequently asked questions

How much does bizzMate cost for a small business?
Solo suits a single operator. Pro covers teams of up to 25 and adds much higher limits, more AI capacity and deal automation. Both include AI assistance, and both start with a 15-day free trial and no credit card. Solo is A$10, Pro is A$25 and Business is A$45 per user, per month.
How long does it take to set up?
An afternoon is realistic: import your contacts, check the pipeline stages match how you sell, raise your live deals, and book the next action on each. There is nothing to install and no configuration you must complete before the product is useful.
Do I need someone to administer it?
No, and that is the point. There are no workflow builders to maintain, no custom object model to design, and no permission matrix to keep in sync. Three roles and record ownership cover what a small business needs.
Can I move off it later if I want to?
Yes. Owners and admins can export workspace data at any time, and lists export to CSV. We would rather you stay because it works.
