Where to start
Sell more, support customers, or both.
The same customer records, the same permissions and the same plans underneath. What changes is how much of the relationship you run in bizzMate.
bizzMate Sales
Contacts, deals, pipeline and follow-ups for a small sales team.
bizzMate Complete
Sales and support in one workspace, on one shared customer record.
One product
Everything that works as one.
Not modules you buy separately, and not a suite you have to assemble. Everything below is included in the plan you choose.
CRM
Contacts, organisations, leads, deals, activities and the full customer timeline in one workspace.
Customer support
Tickets, queues, teams, routing and response targets — answered against the same customer record as the deal that created them.
AI
Summarise a record, draft the follow-up, prepare for the meeting and get a suggested next action — every one a draft you review.
Automation
Move a deal into a stage and let bizzMate create the follow-up that should happen next. Included from Pro.
Reports
Pipeline, win/loss, activity and team performance, calculated from your own records.

Who it is for
Small teams who need the whole customer picture, not a CRM project.
Most small businesses do not lose customers because they lack a system. They lose them because what one person knows never reaches the person who picks up the phone next.
bizzMate keeps contacts, deals, activities and history on one record, so the context travels with the customer rather than with whoever happened to take the call.
Australian businesses
Made for how Australian small businesses work.
bizzMate is made by Smart City Pty Ltd, an Australian company in Brisbane. That shows up in the small things you notice every day.
Straightforward AUD pricing
Per user, per month, in Australian dollars. No currency conversion surprises on your card.
Australian conventions
Australian spelling, date formats and time zones throughout — not an afterthought setting.
Simple enough for a small team
No administrator, no implementation project and no enterprise CRM overhead to carry.
Australian support
Raise a request inside your workspace and our team answers, Australian business hours.
Australian privacy law
Smart City Pty Ltd is subject to the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
No lock-in
Monthly billing, no minimum term, and you can export your workspace data at any time.
Complete customer view
Know every customer before the next conversation.
A contact in bizzMate is not a row in a list. Open one and you get the person, the organisation they belong to, the deals in play, what was said last time and what you promised to do next — on a single screen.
- Contacts with role, ownership and last-contacted date
- Organisations holding every person and every open deal
- Notes and context that stay attached to the record
- Related opportunities visible without leaving the page
- A unified timeline of calls, notes, files and synced email

Deals & pipeline
See exactly where every opportunity stands.
Your pipeline is a board you can actually work: drag a deal to move it, see the value of each stage at a glance, and spot the deals that have quietly stopped moving before they turn into a lost month.
- Your own stages, with per-stage deal counts and values
- Deal value, owner, organisation and expected close date on every card
- A clear flag when a deal has no follow-up scheduled
- Stalled deals surfaced from real inactivity, not guesswork
- The same deals as a filterable list when a board is not what you need

Activities & follow-ups
Never lose the next action.
Every call, task and meeting is attached to the contact, organisation or deal it belongs to — so the follow-up lives with the relationship instead of in someone’s head or a separate to-do app.
- Calls, tasks, meetings, emails and notes as first-class activities
- Overdue, due today and upcoming, separated so priority is obvious
- Every activity linked to the CRM record it came from
- My Today: one personal queue of what actually needs doing
- Notifications when something assigned to you falls due

Customer timeline
The relationship history, in one place.
The timeline is the thread of everything that has happened with a customer — logged in order, attributed to whoever did it, and readable by anyone on your team who picks the relationship up tomorrow.
- Calls, meetings and tasks as they were logged
- Notes captured against the contact, organisation or deal
- Files attached to the record they belong to
- Email from a connected Microsoft 365 mailbox, read-only
- Filterable by kind, so you can read just the calls or just the notes

The point of all of it
Fewer things falling through.
A pipeline you can trust, follow-ups that actually happen, and a customer history nobody has to reconstruct from memory.
See how deals workPractical AI
Get the first draft done. You make the decision.
AI that reads your own CRM and does the preparation — so you walk into the call ready and the follow-up is already written.
Draft a follow-up in seconds
A first draft of the email, grounded in what actually happened. You edit and send it.
Understand a deal before the call
A concise, grounded read of a contact, organisation or deal — without scrolling the history.
Get a suggested next action
What to do next on a deal, and why, without reading every activity.
Pull the detail out of a document
Upload a document and get the terms and figures that matter, ready to check.
You stay in control. Every AI output is a draft you review before anything is sent or changed, and AI only ever reads the workspace data your own permissions allow. AI is included on every plan, including Solo, with more capacity as you move up.

The bizzMate AI command centre, with the human-review notice it actually ships with.
Dashboard
Start the day knowing what matters.
Open pipeline, what is expected to close this month, your win rate and the deals that have gone quiet — beside the handful of things that actually need doing today.

Pipeline health
Deal count and value in every stage, and how that compares with last week.
Today's focus
The overdue and upcoming activities that need you, not a wall of everything.
Attention indicators
Deals with no recent activity, surfaced rather than buried.
Sales progress
Won and lost this month, and the win rate behind it.
Every figure above is calculated from the workspace’s own records. bizzMate never invents a metric or a comparison.
Everything connected
One workspace. One customer story.
Nothing in bizzMate is an island. A company holds its people, its people hold the opportunities, an opportunity holds the next action — and everything you do lands back on one timeline the whole team can read.
- Step 1: OrganisationThe company you sell toIndustry, size, domain — and every person who works there.
- Step 2: ContactThe people you talk toRole, details, owner, and when you last actually spoke.
- Step 3: DealThe opportunityValue, stage, expected close date and who owns it.
- Step 4: ActivityThe next actionA call, task or meeting, attached to the record it belongs to.

Why bizzMate
CRM without unnecessary complexity.
Most CRMs are built for a sales operations team you do not have. bizzMate is built for the person who has to sell and run the business in the same afternoon.
Built for the size you actually are
bizzMate assumes nobody on your team is a full-time CRM administrator. There is no implementation project, no consultant, and no six-week configuration phase before you can log a call.
Customer context, not just records
Every contact, organisation and deal opens as a workspace: the details, the full history, the related opportunities and the next action, side by side. You stop opening four tabs to prepare for one conversation.
AI that stays in its lane
bizzMate AI summarises and drafts from your authorised workspace data, and you review everything. It never sends a message, changes a deal, completes an activity or contacts anyone on its own.
Australian by default
AUD pricing, Australian spelling, Australian date formats and time zones, and an Australian company subject to the Privacy Act 1988 behind the product.

- What is bizzMate?
- bizzMate is a customer relationship management (CRM) product for Australian small and growing businesses. It keeps your contacts, organisations, leads, deals, activities and customer history in one workspace, with practical AI and automation built in — so the next conversation always starts with the full picture.
- Who is bizzMate designed for?
- Businesses that have outgrown a spreadsheet and a shared inbox but do not want an enterprise CRM project. That means sole operators, small sales teams, and growing businesses that need a repeatable sales process without an administrator to run it.
- Can I try bizzMate before paying?
- Yes. Every plan starts with a 15-day free trial of the full product. You do not need a credit card to start, and nothing is charged during the trial.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. You create your workspace with an email address, or by signing in with Google or Microsoft. Payment details are only needed when you choose to continue on a paid plan after the trial.
- Is pricing in Australian dollars?
- Yes. bizzMate is priced per user, per month in AUD: Solo is A$10, Pro is A$25 and Business is A$45. The prices you see on the pricing page are the prices your billing page shows.
- Can I import my existing customer data?
- Yes. bizzMate imports CSV files: you upload the file, map your columns onto CRM fields, review a preview of exactly what will be created, and only then commit the import. You can also export your workspace data at any time.
- Does bizzMate include AI?
- Yes, on every paid plan including Solo — with more capacity on the higher plans. AI summarises a contact, organisation or deal, drafts your follow-up email, prepares you for a meeting, suggests the next best action, and reads an uploaded document for you. Every output is a draft you review: bizzMate AI never sends a message, changes a deal or contacts anyone on its own.
- What can bizzMate automate?
- Deal automation, included from Pro upward, creates the follow-up for you: when a deal moves into a stage you choose, bizzMate can create the activity that should happen next, and keep a multi-step follow-up cadence advancing as tasks are completed or fall overdue. Pro allows up to 5 active rules and Business up to 50. Automation works on your own deals and activities — it does not send email to your customers.
- Can multiple team members use bizzMate?
- Yes. You invite teammates and give each of them an owner, admin or member role. Permissions are enforced on the server, not just hidden in the interface, and every record has an owner so it is clear who is responsible.
- Can I manage organisations as well as contacts?
- Yes. Organisations are first-class records, not a text field on a contact. A company record holds its industry, size and domain, every person who works there, the open deals against it, and the activity logged across the whole relationship.
- How does bizzMate help manage follow-ups?
- Calls, tasks and meetings are attached to the contact, organisation or deal they belong to. The dashboard and My Today show what is overdue, what is due today and what is coming up, and the pipeline flags deals with no follow-up scheduled so nothing quietly goes cold.
- Can bizzMate send email to my customers?
- Not yet, and we would rather be precise about it than vague. bizzMate sends its own system email — workspace invitations, verification, trial reminders and replies from our support team. It does not send sales or marketing email to your customers on your behalf, and it does not run campaigns, SMS or WhatsApp. Connecting a Microsoft 365 or Gmail mailbox is read-only: bizzMate files the email onto the right customer's timeline so the history is complete, and cannot send, change or delete anything in your mailbox.
- What does bizzMate not do?
- It is not a marketing automation platform, so there are no campaigns, no SMS and no WhatsApp messaging. It does not send email to your customers on your behalf. It does not support custom domains. And it is not an enterprise CRM: there is no scripting layer or workflow designer, and deal automation is intentionally a small, understandable set of rules rather than a project. We would rather you know that now than at the end of a trial.
- Where is my data stored?
- Your records sit in a workspace that is isolated from every other workspace at the database layer, enforced by the platform rather than by application code remembering to filter. Traffic is encrypted in transit, and backups are encrypted as they are created and held in more than one protected location. bizzMate's application and database run on infrastructure we operate ourselves rather than on shared public-cloud hosting, and transactional email for Australian customers is sent from the Asia Pacific (Sydney) region. Our Privacy Policy names every sub-processor, what it is used for and where it operates. If your organisation has a specific data-residency or compliance requirement, contact us before you subscribe and we will confirm the applicable architecture in writing.
- What support do I get?
- Sign in and raise a request from Help & Support inside your workspace, and the bizzMate support team picks it up and replies in the app. You can also email us or use the contact form. Our team works Australian business hours, Monday to Friday. We do not publish a guaranteed response time, because we would rather answer properly than to a clock.
Built around your control
AI assists. You approve.
Automation and AI should save you the typing, not make decisions on your behalf. bizzMate is built so the useful part is automatic and the consequential part never is.
Nothing sends itself
AI drafts the follow-up. It is yours to edit, and yours to send — bizzMate never emails a customer on your behalf.
Nothing changes itself
A suggestion is a suggestion. AI never moves a deal, completes an activity or writes to a record without you.
Nothing reads past your permissions
AI answers from your own workspace, inside the same server-enforced roles that govern the rest of the product.
