bizzMate Sales

The sales side of the business, in one place.

Contacts, organisations, leads, deals and follow-ups on one customer record — so the next step is always obvious and nothing depends on who remembers it.

No credit card required · Set up in minutes · AUD pricing

The bizzMate sales pipeline board with Qualified, Proposal and Negotiation columns, each deal card showing its value, owner and whether a follow-up is scheduled.

Who it is for

If this sounds like your week

You are running sales out of a spreadsheet, an inbox and your memory, and you have started losing track of which one is current.

Deals go quiet and nobody notices for three weeks. When someone is away, the customers they were talking to simply stop being talked to.

You have looked at the big CRMs and concluded — correctly — that you do not have anyone to administer one.

At a glance

  • Contacts, organisations, leads and deals on one record
  • A drag-and-drop pipeline with your own stages
  • Follow-ups that appear on your day, not in your head
  • Deal automation from Pro
  • Pipeline, activity, win/loss and leaderboard reporting
  • AI drafts and summaries you review before use

Capabilities

What it actually does

Every item below is a shipped part of bizzMate today — not a roadmap entry.

Contacts and organisations

People and the companies they work for, each with their own record, their own history and their own owner. A contact belongs to an organisation, so a change of role does not orphan the relationship.

Leads, and converting them

Capture an enquiry as a lead before it deserves a deal, qualify it, then convert it — the contact, the organisation and the deal are created from what you already typed, not re-entered.

Deals with a value, a stage and an owner

Every opportunity carries what it is worth, where it has reached, who holds it and what happens next. Deal health flags the ones that have stopped moving.

A pipeline you can actually work

A drag-and-drop board with your own stages, not a vendor's. Move a deal and the record updates; the board is the CRM, not a report about it.

Activities and follow-ups

Calls, meetings and tasks attached to the customer they belong to, with due dates that show up on your day. A follow-up that is genuinely no longer needed is cancelled, which is a different state from done.

Deal automation

Rules that create the follow-up when a deal changes stage, so the next action exists before anyone has to think of it. Available from Pro; the number of active rules is set by your plan.

Reporting that answers a question

Pipeline by stage, activity by person, win/loss, a team leaderboard and a business pulse. Real numbers from your own records — nothing modelled, nothing extrapolated.

AI you review before it does anything

Summaries of a contact, an organisation or a deal; a suggested next best action; a drafted email you read and edit before it is sent. Nothing is sent on your behalf and nothing is written to a record without you confirming it.

How it works

How it fits a working day

  1. Step 1: An enquiry arrives

It becomes a lead against a contact and their organisation, with the source recorded, before anyone decides whether it is real.

  2. Step 2: It becomes a deal

Converted in one step, on the pipeline, with a value, a stage, an owner and a next action — and the whole enquiry history still attached.

  3. Step 3: It keeps moving

Each stage change can create the follow-up automatically. Deals that stop moving surface on the dashboard rather than quietly ageing.

Frequently asked questions

Can I import what I already have?
Yes. CSV import maps your columns to bizzMate fields and shows you a preview of exactly what will be created before anything is written. You can export your data again whenever you want.
Do I have to use your sales stages?
No. Pipelines and their stages are yours to define, and you can have more than one pipeline depending on your plan.
Will the AI email my customers for me?
No. AI drafts a message and you read, edit and send it. Nothing customer-facing is ever sent automatically, and AI-extracted information is a suggestion you confirm, never a silent write to a record.
What does it cost?
The same as every other bizzMate product — there is no separate price for Sales. Plans are per user, per month, in Australian dollars, and every plan includes AI. Solo is A$10, Pro is A$25 and Business is A$45 per user, per month.
