The situation
What usually goes wrong.
If none of this sounds like you, bizzMate may not be solving a problem you have — and we would rather you found that out here.
Pricing that changes with the exchange rate
A CRM priced in US dollars means your software bill moves with a currency you do not trade in, and the number on the marketing site is never the number on the invoice.
Software that does not speak your conventions
American date order, "organization" everywhere, and a default time zone that is thirteen hours out. Small things — but they are the things your team trips over every day.
No clear answer on who is accountable
"Which company actually holds our customer data, under which country's law, and who do we complain to?" is a fair question, and a surprising number of CRM websites will not answer it plainly.

Australian businesses
An Australian company, an Australian regulator, and prices in dollars you recognise.
bizzMate is made by Smart City Pty Ltd in Brisbane. Australian spelling, dates and time zones are the default, not a setting.
Where our customers are
Built for businesses working across Australia.
From a single-van trade in the suburbs to a services firm with offices in two states — the same product, priced in dollars, on Australian time.
Priced and billed in Australian dollars
Per user, per month, in AUD, with AI included on every plan. Solo is A$10, Pro is A$25 and Business is A$45 per user, per month. The price on this website is the price on your billing page, because both read the same catalogue.
There is no minimum term to start: a 15-day free trial with no credit card, then a monthly plan.
Australian conventions throughout
Australian spelling — organisations, not organizations. Australian date formats. Workspace time zone and currency set when you create the workspace. Australian mobile formats in the demo data, because that is who the product is for.
Minor, until you have spent a year mentally translating a system built for somewhere else.

An Australian company, under Australian law
bizzMate is a product of Smart City Pty Ltd, an Australian company. That means the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles apply to how your information is handled, including the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
It also means the complaints path runs through the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner rather than a foreign regulator — a practical difference if you ever need to escalate something.
A checkable answer on how your data is handled
Workspaces are isolated from each other, traffic is encrypted in transit, and backups are encrypted as they are created and held in more than one protected location. Restoration from those backups is tested on a recurring cycle rather than assumed.
Every sub-processor, with what it is used for and where it operates, is named in our Privacy Policy. The application and database run on infrastructure we operate ourselves rather than on shared public-cloud hosting, and transactional email for Australian customers is sent from the Asia Pacific (Sydney) region. If you need a written statement of where a specific category of data is held, ask us and you will get one.
